How do I purchase a product from your website?

Upon selecting the desired product, press the “Add To (Cart/Bag)” option to add the desired product into the shopping cart. You may continue to shop and add more products into the cart. Once satisfied with shopping, simply click onto the checkout option that will direct you to the checkout page. Here, there would be a list of pending checkout products. Proceed by clicking on the checkout button. Fill in the particulars and choose payment service to complete the purchase. The product will then be delivered by DHL eCommerce (for shipment within Malaysia) and DHL Express (for oversea shipment) to your stated address.

Must I have an account to purchase your products?

No, you can checkout even without an account. However, having an account would help us to serve you better from time to time.

What are the available payment services?

Payment services available are bank transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, ShopeePay.

E&S Watches is an independent watch reseller for authentic vintage used watches.

Are the authentic vintage used watches really authentic?

Yes. Authentic verification is welcomed, but at your own cost. We do not accept returns based on authenticity because all watches are already verified by our in-house watchmaker. 

Are the mod watches original watch?

E&S Watches (Hausofseiko) is an independent watch customized services workshop. We offer a service of personalization of watches upon request of our customers within our limited capacities. Therefore, all the custom mod watches featured in E&S Watches and Hausofseiko accounts, are built and made by E&S Watches (Hausofseiko) from scratch. We custom made it and put it together using original Seiko VK or NH-series movement/engine, and other OEM or aftermarket parts to make our own (or customers own) design. All items are brand new, we did not take apart a used watch to make the mod watch.

The price shown in our catalog is a previously completed design for our customers and it is the guidelines of part details and cost.

The customers approved modifications or personalizations made to their products by unauthorized mod watch parts from third parties. Therefore, our customization services are provided for personal and private use only. The original manufactured’ s warranty will be void, however, we will offer you our warranty, warranty from us.

What is your return & refund policy?

Unfortunately, with the custom built to order nature of our watches, we do not accept returns and refunds due to "Change of mind".

However, your watch is covered by our E&S Watches limited warranty: 3 months for authentic used watches and 1 year for custom mod watches.

If you receive an order that you suspect is damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] or whatsapp us at 6019-6003915 to initiate a warranty claim request. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for any claims and return.

We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, re-import duty tax (if charged by Customs), administrative fees/processing fees and any other costs that arise from this shipment, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed as Store Credit or we will provide you with a Store Credit Voucher.

A refund/any claim will not be issued unless the package is returned to us safely and in its original condition. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for any claims and return. You will be responsible for all the shipment costs, return shipping costs, re-import duty tax (if charged by Customs), administrative fees/processing fees and any other costs that arise from this shipment.
