Authenticity Guarantee
We stand behind the authenticity of every timepiece sold as genuine by E&S Watches.
All watches undergo an in-house inspection and authentication process before being offered for sale.
Customers are welcome to seek independent third-party authentication at their own expense.
In the unlikely event that a timepiece is found to be counterfeit or materially misrepresented, customers should contact us with supporting documentation for further investigation and resolution.
Any applicable remedies will be handled in accordance with Malaysian law.
Condition of Pre-Owned & Vintage Watches
All pre-owned and vintage watches are sold according to their individual condition, as described in their respective product listings.
Due to their age and previous ownership, watches may exhibit signs of wear, aging, patina, restoration, servicing or replacement components.
Where known, material modifications, aftermarket components or replacement parts will be disclosed in the product description.
Product photographs form an important part of the condition description. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs, specifications and measurements before purchasing.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, pre-owned watches purchased from E&S Watches are covered by a three-month limited warranty.
Our limited warranty covers mechanical movement defects arising under normal operating conditions.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, water damage or damage resulting from repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized third parties.
Due to their age, vintage watches should not be assumed to retain their original water-resistance capabilities unless specifically tested and stated.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by E&S Watches.
This limited warranty is provided in addition to, and does not exclude or restrict, any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Returns & Refunds
As our inventory consists primarily of individually sourced pre-owned and vintage timepieces, customers are strongly encouraged to review all product descriptions, specifications, dimensions and photographs before purchasing.
Returns or exchanges due solely to a change of mind, personal preference or unsuitable sizing are generally not accepted unless expressly agreed upon or required by applicable law.
Where a return is accepted, the applicable shipping arrangements, costs and return conditions will be communicated to the customer.
Returned items should be in their original condition, including all accessories and documentation supplied, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Purchases made through third-party marketplaces may also be subject to the applicable platform’s return and refund policies.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
