HausofSeiko is an independent watch customization workshop operated by E&S Watches in Malaysia.
We specialize in assembling and customizing watches using selected components, including aftermarket cases, dials, hands, bezels, bracelets and other compatible watch parts.
Our services allow customers to personalize watch designs according to their individual preferences, subject to component availability and technical feasibility.
HausofSeiko operates independently and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or authorized by Seiko or any other watch manufacturer referenced on our website.
Nature of Customized Watches
Customized watches offered by HausofSeiko may incorporate a combination of genuine manufacturer components and third-party aftermarket parts.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these watches are independently assembled or modified and should not be considered original factory-produced models or official limited editions of any referenced watch manufacturer.
All customized watches are assembled or modified independently by HausofSeiko and are not manufactured or endorsed by the respective watch brands.
Product descriptions will identify relevant component specifications and modifications where applicable.
Customization & Customer Approval
Custom watch designs are assembled or modified according to customers’ selected specifications, subject to technical limitations and component availability.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their selected designs, specifications and customization requests before an order is finalized.
Product images and previously completed designs displayed on our website may serve as references for available customization options.
Certain components, finishes or specifications may vary depending on availability. Any material changes to an agreed design will be communicated to the customer for approval.
Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All brand names, trademarks, logos and registered designs referenced on this website remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Manufacturer Warranty
Modification or replacement of original watch components may invalidate any existing manufacturer’s warranty.
Customized watches supplied by HausofSeiko are covered by the applicable warranty expressly provided by E&S Watches or HausofSeiko, as stated in the relevant product listing or order confirmation.
Any warranty provided by HausofSeiko is independent of the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Custom Watch Warranty
Customized watches are covered by the warranty terms specified in their respective product listings or order confirmations.
Our limited warranty generally covers mechanical movement or assembly defects arising under normal operating conditions.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, water damage or damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Water resistance is not guaranteed unless specifically tested and stated.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by HausofSeiko.
Warranty exclusions do not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Customized Orders & Returns
As customized watches may be assembled according to individual customer specifications, orders generally cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned solely due to a change of mind once production has commenced.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review and confirm all customization details before placing an order.
If a completed watch materially differs from the agreed specifications or is found to be defective, customers should contact us for further assessment and resolution.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any statutory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
