Movement - seiko nh35 automatic 
Case - stainless steel 40mm with screwdown crown 
Bezel - ceramic
Glass - sapphire 
Dial - gloss black
Hands - merc style
Strap - 20mm oyster style stainless steel bracelet 

Comes in plain black box.
Can go swimming. 

I provide 1 year personal warranty on the movement. And 1 month warranty on the external functionality.
