This King Seiko 4502-7000 is an early 45KS from 1968, powered by Daini Seikosha’s high-frequency hand-wound cal. 4502A. Its sharply faceted case and restrained silver dial capture the clean, angular design language that defined King Seiko, with this example developing a particularly strong brown patina across the dial. The 36,000-vph movement was technically ambitious for its era, combining high-frequency precision with a remarkably slim profile. Today, the 45KS remains one of the purest expressions of vintage King Seiko and an important piece of Seiko’s pursuit of mechanical precision.
